Contacting the Transportation Department

We want to help you as quickly as possible. Before contacting us, we encourage you to review our Transportation FAQ page, where many common questions are answered.

✉️ General Questions

For questions about registration, fees, bus stops, address changes, transportation eligibility, or other transportation concerns, please email transportation@blackgold.ca.

Email is the fastest and most efficient way to reach our team and helps us ensure your inquiry is directed to the appropriate staff member.

📞 Emergencies

If there is an emergency involving a student, such as a missing child, please call (780) 955-6025 immediately.

If you are unable to reach us at that number, contact our 24-hour monitoring call centre at (780) 979-0977.
